Conflict between libc6 and libdb2.6-util in potato

Apparently they contain the same file:

Is this a bug in one or the other?  Either way, is it wise to do something like
--force-overwrite?  That's how I've resolved this kind of conflict in the past,
but that's just my best guess solution.
