what is Bug#40127 of a2ps ?

Hello all,

in changelog.Debian of a2ps 4.12-3, it is stated as

* [debian/rules] Configure with NLS support (fixes #40127)

but debian/rules sets "--disable-nls" as configure option.

Does this mean "--enable-nls" causes some troubles?

I can not find Bug#40127 in http://www.jp.debian.org/
(mirror site of Debian in Japan) so if anyone knows about
Bug#40127 please let me know.
