Some things missing from the linux 2.2.10 config

I just recently upgraded to 2.2 and found the kernel-image-2.2.10 images are
built with a few options disabled that I think 2.0.36 had enabled including:

 ip always defrag (needed for the following)
 ip masquerading 
 Joliet
