intent to orphan: python-mysql

Python-mysql is old, and does not work with newer versions of MySQL.
It has not been updated upstream for a while. There is a replacement
for it available from a different upstream source, but I encountered
some minor problems getting it to build and work properly, and I no
longer have the facilities, need, or desire to keep working on it ;(
As a result, I would like to orphan python-mysql. If anyone would
like to pick it up, I would suggest starting from scratch with the new
upstream code, and make the package replace/provide/conflict with
python-mysql.
