ITP: gst-doc and libgst

I will shortly be splitting off the info docs and library from
gnu-smalltalk. I had earlier stated the intention to form several
binary packages based on the modules used at compile time, but it turns
out gnu-smalltalk has some dynamic library support, which will be usable
in the next release (after it's libtoolized). So instead of seperate
binaries it will remain a single binary, and have seperate dynamically
loadable modules when they are available. Until then, the next package
will have X11 support compiled in by default.
