ITP: GENESIS (neural systems simulator)

I am still waiting for my maintainer application to be processed, but in
the meantime I have made a first try at a package for the GENESIS
neural systems simulator application.  It can be accessed at:

http://www.csh.rit.edu/~mdz/genesis/

...in source and i386 bundles.  Feedback will be appreciated.  I found no
package for this application using the debian.org site search engine,
but if someone else is working on packaging it, it's no big deal...I
built this one mostly as a learning experience.
