Intent to package kernel-patch-2.2.X-i

I would like to package the international patches from www.kerneli.org
for use with make-kpkg. It will off course go into non-US.

Is there any written documentation about making kernel-patch-*.deb's
or should I find out myself? (It dosn't seems hard)
