Ouch. The reportbug release with the BTS checking is in unstable, but
the dependencies aren't fulfilled because Incoming is choking on a
small package split in python 1.5.2-4. *grumble*
Anyway, 0.11 is being uploaded now which should start the experiment
rolling...
