Intent to package
I'd like to make two new packages for Debian:
- ncdt - this is a small utility for printing directory trees with some
additional features not found in standard tree (namely it prints summaries
and information about MP3 files found), I use it to index CDs. (it can be
found at ftp://ftp.coven.vmh.net/utils/unix/).
- id3 library - library for dealing with ID3 tags in MP3 files. It
understands ID3v2 which is a hell of a lot better than the old ID3v1 (see
http://www.id3.org/) and is likely to become a standard soon.
