Yes: just an old verion on my system:
upgrading from the 'potato' version both netbase & libc6 all works well.

netbase:              3.11-1.3  -->     3.14-3
netstat(net-tools): 1.26(1.45)  --> 1.37(1.51)
libc6:                   2.0.7  -->   2.1.1-12
