debiandoc2html problem

Hi,

I tried to compile the new apt (0.3.7) for my slink system today.
Everything went just fine, except for the next lines:

Now this doesn't have anything to do with the debian/rules file from apt
- I've seen this before with other packages, too.
I don't know about perl or sgml, so I don't have the faintest idea how
this should be fixed - can somebody help me out on this?

As I mentioned, the system runs on slink, perl is version 
5.004.04-7 and debiandoc-sgml is version 1.1.12
