ITP: tipa-type1
As regards the tipa package (International Phonetic Alphabet characters for
LaTeX), there are now PS-type1 fonts for TIPA in CTAN. I am planning to
package it separately with package name tipa-type1, mainly because the
upstream distribution is quite big (402 k, not compressible). I will set
its priority to "extra" and make tipa suggests tipa-type1.
