obsolete package name: kernel-patch-<ver>-pc98

Hi, all

I got a bug of kernel-patch-<ver>-pc98 and realize that
this name causes it to misunderstand, so now I want to
change the name to kernel-patch-<ver>-pc9800.

So kernel-patch-<ver>-pc98s are obsolete. Please remove
all of kernel-patch-<ver>-pc98s from potato.
They are:
  kernel-patch-2.2.5-pc98
  kernel-patch-2.2.7-pc98
  kernel-patch-2.2.9-pc98

Now I'll upload kernel-patch-2.2.9-pc9800.
