Could be easily worked around by just having someone doing the upgrade for
critical packages like the developpments tools needed to autocompile most
stuff. Or maybe set some time between the build of the tool, and the upgrade of
the build cluster. Maybe even once a package gets cbuild, a few developper
should install them, and once they think it works ok, tell the cluster it. Once
a selected number of developper per archs have tested said package, it can be
installed. Needs a bit of organisation, but should work nice once it is
running.

Same problems will hit people that apt-upgrade their system from last unstable.
