Yes, I think so. I don't think there was lack of enthusiasm, but nobody did
step forward and actually started it. It will happen only if someone does
the work. Quite a lot people said it would be a good idea, and I think even
some BSD people were not put off. Now the only thing left is someone doing
the dirty work.
