Depending on the order things get unpacked, this could be bad.  If
xwatch got unpacked before whichever package contains the link
(xbase-common?) then AFAIK the link won't get created because there's
already a folder there, so the *only* thing in
/usr/lib/X11/app-defaults will be xwatch's resources.
