Now we should only move the matter to debian-policy (to be flamed also
there :-) .
Maybe I should ask listmaster to create a special "flag" (maybe a
dotfile in our home on master ...) to specify "subsciribe me automagically
to all new debian-* lists ... I will unsubscribe in case".
