What exactly does it do?  Do you have an URL handy, I can't find the SAL
message, it's probably on my PC at home, and I don't remember the exact name
of the program.

I know some people here would be interested in such a program...  even
better, I know they would be willing to work on it.

If noone else is intested, I might do it, but I have to get some local
people involved first because I hate maintaining things I don't use.
