This is *very* important to Debian's culture. I am by no mean suggesting
that it be stopped! I think that a forum for this type of interaction is
warranted. I hope this doesn't come off as "weird" but how about
debian-family or debian-culture that only active developers are subscribed
to? It would only be a forum for personal and non-technical interaction
between those people who compose the working group of Debian.
