I for one would greatly like to see such a project (particularly if we
could distribute all of the etexts in a format that we can convert
easily into nice printed and online documents). IMHO the only bad
thing about Project Gutenburg is that it's all plain ASCII (which
makes it a bear to use the files for anything important). Obviously
using something like DocBook springs immediately to mind. (Which
reminds me, is anyone working on packaging SGMLTools 2.0?)
