we've been through this discussion before with other packages of similar
merit. the conclusion we came to is that debian does not censor. there
are two criteria for a package to be included in debian: first is that
it is free as defined by the DFSG, second criteria is that someone
bothers to package it.

purity is packaged. the bible is packaged. the jargon file is packaged.
hwbook is packaged. other documentation has been packaged. if those are
acceptable packages, then so is any other documentation file REGARDLESS
OF SUBJECT MATTER.

to tell the truth, i am more concerned about the bible and purity
tarnishing debian's reputation than i am about the anarchist FAQ (at
least the anarchist FAQ is intelligent commentary rather than fiction
disguised as history or barely-adolescent smutty jokes)....but some
people obviously find those useful, and i don't have to install them if
i don't want them so i have no valid cause for complaint.

in summary: we do not censor. if someone wants to package something, let
them.
