apt 0.3.0? plus bonus: libc6/libdb2

what/where is this mythical beast? do i want it? is it broken or so
unstable as to be unusable?  it seems to me the version number is higher
than 0.1.10, but it might be unrelated?

also, am i correct in thinking that glibc2.1 includes libdb2? i seem to
have heard that somewhere. if so shouldn't the package c/r/p the libdb2
package?
