Intent to package: dalnet ircd, services compiled for dalnet ircd

I'll do services for undernet ircd as well if I can get it to work
(haven't tried yet).

The ircd needn't conflict with the UnderNet one due to DALnets default
port of 7000. BTW, how do I get 7000 added to /etc/services?
