Cgraph: PostScript plotting library in C

This is a C source code library that contains a set of C functions that
generate PostScript for publication quality scientific plots. If you have a
PostScript previewer, it is possible to launch the viewer automatically on
generated PS/EPS files. The Cgraph Library source code, examples, and
documentation are in the public domain. Utilities included in the utils*
directories are not ours, and under the distribution terms specified therein.

If it's under public domain, it can go to main, right? Don't worry about the
utilities mentioned, because the are NeXT specific, and will be out from the
package.

It will take a while because 1) I'm not yet a developer :( and 2) there are
some problems making it work under Linux. I've mailed the upstream mantainer,
and I'm waiting for his reply, to see if we can work this out.

Keep you fingers crossed :-)
