I'm not sure. Personally, I would go with a PowerPC based Linux distribution, either MkLinux 
(http://www.mklinux.apple.com), LinuxPPC (http://www.linuxppc.org), or the fledgling PPC
variant of Debian.
Post some more details about this PCI card. How does it work? Does it actually have an Intel
processor on it?
