After looking at it, I figured it'd be best, at this stage, to let the
sysadmin figure out how to get the email to debbugs scripts (still requires
it's own host name).  Sorta like I don't worry about setting up the config
for apache (or other httpd).  There's a flag for "MTA" that can be set to
exim or qmail for the differences that matter to debbugs.  I am probably 
going to put sample exim conf files (basicly, what I use) into an examples
directory and I'll put in qmail (and sendmail) if I get them... give the 
sysadmin all the help I can in deciding how to set up his mailer....

I don't have Johnie's sendmail changes yet...
