After we have updated the rules, given suggestions on what would be good,
etc, and still don't have a good logo, we should probably continue our
search on our own.  A kind thank you to the gimp team would be in order,
with an explination that they have been lots of help getting us started
and that we just haven't found the right one yet.  Don't stop the search
or accept a bad logo.
