It will almost certainly be included in Debian 2.2 (codename potato, the
current unstable).  It will certainly not be included in Debian 2.1
(codename slink, to be released in only a few weeks).

When XFree86 3.3.3 is debianised, it will be an easy upgrade for any users
of Debian 2.1.  Your CD vendor may choose to press new CDs including XFree
3.3.3.
