Actually, suidmanager checks if the permissions are different from what's
listed in the /etc/suid.conf file. If there is a difference which you
don't fix, you'll get a message every day.
If it says something like this:
/usr/X11R6/bin/X PERMISSION MISMATCH: was root.root 755 changed to
root.root 4755
it means, that /usr/X11R6/bin/X has permissions 755, while /etc/suid.conf
says it should be 4755.
