Couple quirks still in Xfree86

A couple things that I observed in the latest 3.3.2-9:

1) installing fvwm95 forces me to install xdm:
fvwm95 depends on xbase depends on xdm.
Ok with me, horrible for a newbie. I'd suggest xdm ask if it should be
started on boot during installation.

2) XF86Setup can't find README files. Again, not a problem for experienced
user, horrible for a newbie. The most annoying thing is that empty window
appearing when you press the README button (after a couple of error
messages). So either README button should be removed, or the paths to
README files should be fixed. Even more convenient solution (though
space wasting) would be to include all those xservers README file into
xf86setup package.
