Uploaded util-linux 2.9g-6 (source i386) to master

Ok, so if we really want a Debian 2.1 that is 100% kernel 2.2.x
compatible it needs this package to be included in frozen.
I've just uploaded it in Incoming/ 10 minutes ago.
Non-developers can also access it at http://www.ldsol.com/~vincent/
(NB: there are _2_ binary packages to install: util-linux and mount.)

Needless to say that before to be eventually included in frozen, this
package must be _heavily_ tested. So if you're currently running the
frozen distribution, please install this package and report any problem
you may find.

NB: back in June 1996, I decided to switch from Slackware to Debian
because Debian 1.1 (codename: buzz ;) was the very first to be kernel
2.0.x ready. So I hope having Debian 2.1 kernel 2.2.x ready will attract a
lot a new users to Debian. ;)
