Ooops. I guess I need to keep better track of which foreign word goes into
which language. Swedish borrowed it from german, english didn't. All
apologies.

Yep, that's more or less exactly what it means.

Anyway, this discussion certainly gave a new dimension to my original
posting, didn't it? :)
