I have already released it! :-) Check in potato (unstable). :-)

cjk-latex (4.1.3-0) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial Preliminary Release.
  * Note: This Debian package is at a very preliminary stage. The
    necessary font files are not packaged yet, and you may need to
    spend quite a bit of time tweaking teTeX's configuation files to
    get cjk-latex working. Only for alpha testers and those in urgent
    need of cjk-latex.  :-)

Wow, on Christmas Day? Cool! I almost forgot. :-)

    http://www.debian.org/Packages/unstable/tex/cjk-latex.html

The user will have to do some work on his/her own (e.g. download the
fonts, generate *.tfm, adjust teTeX config files, etc.) to get it
working. But yeah, it works here. :-)

I downloaded the new version of CJK 4.2.0 from CTAN and will package it
some time in the future. I will be busy with school and other
commitments though, so most likely not until February.

Cheers,

Anthony
