I don't see why the second one was better than the first one.  From
a syntactica/logical pov I would prefer the first one since it
separates the message (marked as done) from the content ("(Description)").
In case of the second one it will create sentences which doesn't make
sense.

Anyway, it is more important that the 'marked as done' message would
contain not only the original bug report but also the message which
caused the bug to be closed.
