Please, note that I said "required", not important, standard nor "optional"...

It would be only dangerous if we make the mistake of doing it
non-essential but not requiring a "Depends: bash" for every package that
uses bash, but we are not so stupid, are we?

We have been able to get rid of the /usr/spool symlink for "minimal
gains", I don't think this is so different.
