Hmm, I wonder if that's a local or a global restriction.  I haven't
heard anything about that yet here.

I'd be surprised if this restriction lasts very long.  I imagine there
are a bunch of loud Win95 users that won't take it quietly if their
account gets terminated because they were running a Quake server, and
what about video/audio connections.  The receiving side has to have a
port open for some period...

This should be fun...
