No. The `.orig.tar.gz' is *always* mentioned in the `.dsc'
file. If you use `-sd', then it isn't mentioned in the `.changes'
file (and in fact, the .changes file didn't contain this).
This is (IMHO) a bug in dinstall: it tries to see if the
`.dsc' is OK and if it finds all the files it refers to, but fails to
look for files in bo/source/* when uploading to bo-unstable.
