Intent to package: pilot-gcc and xcopilot

I intend to package pilot-gcc and xcopilot.  These are tools for use
with the USRobotics Pilot PDA.  pilot-gcc is a cross compiler from
Linux to the Pilot.  xcopilot is an emulator for the pilot.

I have already spoken with Mark Eichin who maintains the only other
Pilot related package.  Any objections from anyone else?
