The interim bo timezone step sounds fine to me. It is already necessary
to use bo's libc and dpkg during the script (as buzz's dpkg (1.2.14)
does not have --get-selections, and bo's dpkg pre-depends on a newer
libc5 than buzz has), so one more does not hurt.
