Yeah, my recent experience with the sparc port confirms this.  At this
stage, it seems that all of the non-x86 ports have "system changes
that aren't usefully reflected in dependencies" so simple recompiles
often fix real bugs.  

Of course, what I'd *really* like is a way to do an upload of diffs
that are architecture specific; sure, we don't want that *in the end*,
but while we're still getting there, lots of stuff is getting uploaded
*without* matching sources, just to actually make it available...
