Gnumaniak now DFSG compliant!!

I'm very pleased to announce that gnumaniak is now DFSG free (AFAICT).
Gnumaniak is a collection of man pages for various gnu utilities
that are actually kept up-to-date, thus freeing us from the evils
of info.

Although these man-pages could be rolled up in a separate package,
I think it would be better if the maintainers of the affected
packages would incorporate these into their releases. Packages
and maintainers are listed below:

binutils (gasp) - Christopher Chimelis <chris@classnet.med.miami.edu>
diff - Santiago Vila <sanvila@cvt.es>
fileutils - Galen Hazelwood <gelenh@micron.net>
libtool - Frederic Lepeid <Lepeid@debian.org>
shellutils - Galen Hazelwood <gelenh@micron.net>
textutils - Galen Hazelwood <gelenh@micron.net>

The new license can be found at
http://blevins.simplenet.com/ldp-license-a.txt

which replaces the old license at
http://blevins.simplenet.com/ldp-license.txt

You can get the gnumaniak tarball at
http://personal.redestb.es/ragnar/gnumaniak-1.1a.tar.gz

If the maintainers of the affected packages choose not to incorporate
these, then I think the best way to package them would be to divide
them up into the packages that they effect.
(gnumaniak-binutils, gnumaniak-diff, gnumaniak-fileutils, etc)
Do any potential gnumaniatainers (my word) want to step up and
volunteer to pick these up if needed?

I'd like to thank Ragnar Hojland for making it possible for
us to distribute his great documentation efforts.
