Sybase Adaptive Server (SQL database) free for Linux

This is actually old news but:

http://www.infoworld.com/cgi-bin/displayTC.pl?/reviews/981207ase1103.htm

``Sybase is letting Linux users run Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE)
   11.0.3 for Linux, for free.''

The article says that RedHat and Caldera are bundling it. I don't use such
things, but I wonder if Debian shouldn't try to bundle these apps too.
