I don't understand what you've done.  You should be emailing your
confirmation to debian-devel-request@lists.debian.org.  You could
simply try resubscribing by sending an email to
debian-devel-request@lists.debian.org with the subject line:
subscribe jordan@mjh.teddy-net.com
and then simply reply to the confirmation message.
