There are MD5 sums in a PGP signed file on a uploead to incoming. SO
dinstall can check if the MD5 sums got transmitted correctly be
checking the PGP sig. Than it checks the MD5 sums and filesizes of the
files (orig.tar.gz, diff.gz, deb).

So this is very save.
