I didn't communicate my point effectively. Given that Harmony was
link-compatible with Qt Free Edition, could you develop a proprietary
application with Harmony, and could users then run it with Qt? Does
Harmony actually have to _work_ for you to do this?


The U.S. does _not_ have a budget surplus. The $70 Billion "surplus" hardly
offsets the $5 Trillion national debt.
