How to recompile the package (glibc) from the source?

hi, All

is there good way to recreate package from source 
(glibc in particulary)? I've got glibc_2.0.7u-5.diff.gz,
glibc_2.0.7u-5.dsc and glibc_2.0.7u.orig.tar.gz, but
they looks like usual tarballs...

What is the magic which can get me glibc*deb etc?
