I did yesterday to both -devel and -devel-announce....
basicly pointed people to http://vote.debian.org for basic information and a
copy of the constitution and to go to the List-Archives and search for
"constitution" in the subject of mail for -devel in Sep, Oct and Nov to read
parts of the discussion.....
