developers please check: permissions of /var/tmp

Hallo all,

today I uses apt-get -m dselect-upgrade (on ftp.de.debian.org) and after
that had problems with the permissions of /var/tmp:

The permissions where changed from 1777 to rwxr-xr-t.

Is this a problem with dpkg?

Or is there a package which messes with the permissions?
