Ha!  Just investigated this.  The reason is that you have
submitted your work phone and were never around when we
gave you a call.  According to our database we tried it
thrice, then we mentioned that it was a workphone.  In the
case you have already submitted your regular number, I'm sure
that it's just sitting in the appropriate mailbox.  If not, please
provide us with it.  We tend to call at evenings.

So this delay is somewhat out of our scope.
