The drag-off menubars are are copy of a bad kde konzept (which itself
is a copy of a bad M$ feature). The Menus and Submenus you can tear
off in Motif and TK applications are much more useful.

If I drag of the menubar, I still have to click myself into the
submenu. When I tear off this submenu, I have the entries right there.

I really don't understand why GTK doesn't have them.
